Why switch to USB-C?

No more guessing: USB-C is reversible, so the plug always fits.

One cable for everything: USB-C is now the European standard. There is a good chance you already use the same cable for other devices.
Where is the notch located?
USB-C always has a small notch (the “flat side”).
On our batteries, this notch is always located on the short side, opposite from where the glove connection is.
Do you see the notch on the short side? Then you are using it correctly — the plug will always fit smoothly.
How to connect it?
Simply use the included cable:

USB-C goes into the battery (look for the short side with the notch).

USB-A goes into your adapter or power bank.
You don’t need to change anything else. All existing accessories remain fully compatible.

Yes. This is the correct connector. The old round port has been replaced by USB-C to improve ease of use and overall performance.
